Upon obtaining her degree in Business and a minor in Law at Ryerson University, Jade was hired by Capital Lending Center (CLC) as a mortgage underwriter at their head office in Toronto. Jade’s passion for real estate and her commitment to success led her to become the Director of Underwriting for Capital Lending Centre in 2019. Leading a team of 6 underwriters, Jade has gained experience working with over 40 different lenders and 3 insurers closing an average of $350 Million in mortgages annually. Jade felt as though she can do more for her clients as an agent rather than the Director of Underwriting, and help make a greater impact in the industry by offering direct, personalized service with her clients. As an mortgage agent, Jade can apply her extensive experience and knowledge by working with clients directly, making her one of the most knowledgeable and skilled mortgage agents in the industry.

Born and raised in Timmins, Ontario, Michael grew up working alongside his family in business within the service industry. Upon obtaining a diploma in International Business and a degree in Global Business Management and Finance, Michael pursued his goal of owning and managing businesses in the food service and hospitality industry. Eventually, as a first time home buyer, it became apparent to Michael that support and guidance throughout the mortgage financing process was lacking.
Michael then extensively studied the intricacies of mortgage financing to become an agent, with the objective of increasing industry standards in the North.
Michael’s primary focuses include service and client satisfaction by working alongside his clients throughout the mortgage financing process, and finding solutions that best suit their needs. With a background in business, years of learning tricks of the trade taught by his parents, experience with real estate and rental properties, Michael can apply the knowledge he has gained to every single mortgage application and client interaction.
Isabelle Lapierre originally began her career in the finance industry working for Caisse Alliance, where she excelled for more than 15 years. She has spent the majority of her career gaining experience in management, creating budgeting plans for clients, and most importantly, customer service. Isabelle’s priorities are to identify what her client's objectives are, and find the right mortgage product to help achieve those objectives while creating long lasting relationships.
Isabelle felt as though the products she can offer her valuable clients were limited when working with one specific branch. As a mortgage agent, Isabelle has access to over 50 banks and financial institutions, which means a wide variety of mortgage products to fulfill her clients objectives. Isabelle is friendly, ambitious, and strives to make a great impact in the industry while simplifying the mortgage financing process.
Isabelle is making a splash in the industry through empowering her clients with knowledge and education to ensure they are making the best mortgage choices and financial decisions.
While being a Mortgage Agent is her primary job by day, Isabelle also enjoys spending quality time with family and enjoying the outdoors.
